Ehhhh... NO. ESPN is on the Winston/Mariotta hype train and unless either loses 2 games, it's going to one or the other.

How in the hell does that make sense? If you come in and put up the best numbers ever, you get a heisman. End of story.

No he's not. Mike Evans would be before Manziel. That guy is the reason Manziel isn't having a terrible season with some of the lobs he throws up.

I say yes to the best player in college football and should be the heisman leader. I doubt he wins it though. Evans deserves a ton of credit as well, but I think Manziel is the best player in college right now.
Toughest player is silly. Manziel is tough but their are lots of tough players everywhere. No one is the "toughest".
