But his time has passed. We owe Richt a great debt of gratitude, because he brought us out of the great depths of Goff and Donnan, but he needs to go before we experience the great depths of Richt. I have been and will always be a Disney dawg, but enough is enough! I think that Richt thought that this year or last year were his to bring it with his qb. He screwed that up. We have talent in waiting, and the time is ripe for a change! Putme in the "Kirby for coach" column.

Richt has been good for Georgia, and he has made his millions. He'll be fine if we move on without him.

But what if Kirby turns out to be another Muschamp?

Always a gamble.

Personally I'd rather gamble on an unknown (potential) up-an-comer than to continue to see the same crap year after year.

But I know a lot of people disagree.

UGA is too good of a job for an assistant to make a name. How do we not demand the greatest out there?

Dumb thread is dumb. Not a good game from a coaching standpoint, but no reason to call for Richt's head.

There is a reason why Kirby has not left Sabans shadow.

Im just tired of seeing this team play with their tail between their legs. We never go for the kill when we have a chance.

Now before I start, the special teams need to be fixed. Don't forget, we were 5 yards from playing an awful ND team for a natty last year. The injuries have decimated our offense this year. We don't want to be UT. A coach should be judged by how he handles what he has control over. Defense and special teams suck. I get that. But that does not mean we need to fire Richt. If we he not had this rash of injuries and were still defeated in the SEC, no one would even be talking about firing him.

Sometimes you have to calculate the odds and gamble. I'm all for change.

If not Kirby, who you want? Pinkel? Franklin? Sumlin? Mullen? Les? Don't tell me you are dreaming of Saban, cause that ain't happening

Richt won't leave unless he croaks out there. One thing if anything he has taken from Bowden.

Painfully obvious the program needs a clean slate.

I understand being emotional (I am), but let's not be irrational.
