They could just do the British Isles. Few days Ireland, then Scotland, then London or just go straight to London and take a train to Belgium or France. That's a helluva trip right there.

Belle, I don't know if they still do, but they used to have a big Dukes of Hazzard festival up in Gatlinburg this time of year. You could hit that and then go to DollyWood. Good clean fun....

How freezing would it be in February in Ireland?
I don't mind the cold, but I really don't want to freeze my behind off while sightseeing. I love NYC during Christmas but damn it's cold. Cold for this southern gal anyway!
