Tennessee may have a chance this weekend

to bring their passing offense down a little bit from 111th in the country. Worley may be debatably the worst qb in the SEC but the Gamecocks will be missing safety Chaz Elder this weekend due to a late game injury against Arkansas.
I'm thinking they may really crank up the passing game and may be able to peg a spot in the high 90's by the beginnning of next week.

To do this they would likely have to pass for 360+ yards on Saturday. They do this, they might actually win the game.

Well, I wasn't talking "smack." I was simply adding some perspective to the OP through numbers.
Simmer down, nobody cares why UT sucks (fyi this last part is "smack").

If Worley is worse than Arkys QB, than I expect us to win in the same fashion as last week. 45+ point win.

That B Allen guy was really bad, he had a 1.2 QBR after our game.

Who would have thought going 4 for 12 for 30 total yards and an int would earn one a 1.2 QBR?

What about the fact that USCjv has the 93rd ranked pass efficiency D in the nation?

Doesn't matter, UTthebabydickonethatsucksmorethantheotherone
has the nation's 104 Pass Efficiency Offense.

I would not be surprised to see multiple players from SC leave the game with injuries. It has been the TN curse this year. This can change a game in a hurry, they almost beat the mutts.

That's what this thread is kind of about. Did you not read the OP?

This. And UT is still Texas. So we will be playing UT junior.
Seriously, Tennessee has some talent, only need about 12-15 more real players to be back to where the Vols used to be.
This game worries the hell out of me. I have a very bad feeling. If the Vols get up by, say, 10, that damned song will be played continuously. Tennessee, even it it is the state that hangs elephants, still has enough firepower to make it to a bowl.

We've also faced three future NFL QBs thus far this season ... is Worley going to be #4?
Nah, I don't think so.

Butch made an interesting decision redshirting both elite 11 quarterbacks this season.
Similar deal to redshirting Maggitt, Jackson, and others.
Choosing not to put the best product possible product on the field this year in hopes of improving the product in years 2 and 3 is the right decision even if it means sacrificing guys like Worley until real signing classes arrive on campus.
