Wow, this entire thread is a fricking dumpster fire and I'm sorry I read as much of it as I did.
I think some of us need to get a grip and some perspective don't you think?

NTY has done every one of these things it is public record.
NTY exists. People join it and financially support it so you have failed to address my points.
Not surprising when the facts aren't with you attack the poster.
You don't recall all the Charger pics all over the Net?
Don't remember Paul Finebaum ridiculing the packet he and the NCAA both got sent?
Who put all the Tom Albetar stuff out? Hmmmmm.
All these things are fact. You can deny til you turn crimson in the face(horrors) but I wonder...
Maybe you are in the cult.....

About the author:
LMAO at anyone thinking this is breaking investigative journalism. Article may as well have come straight from the Failure to Yield website.
The article harps on Alabama getting preferential treatment and penalties overlooked by the NCAA and then goes on to cite a case where the NCAA broke its own by laws and one in which a former NCAA investigator involved in the case admitted that Alabama got screwed in the case. He also fails to acknowledge the late 90s basketball case where a violation was stopped by compliance and a booster yet the probation window was extended and the textbook case which was identical to Nebraska's case who received no penalties. Real objective journalism there.

as a beat writer covering Auburn University football and basketball for
the Mobile Press-Register in Alabama. Before that, he worked for the
Lubbock Avalanche-Journal in Texas, where he served as beat writer
covering the first two seasons at Texas Tech under Hall of Fame
basketball coach Bob Knight.

I see a lot of passionate discourse but nothing "crazy" unless you are saying that the things antibarner has pointed out are simply made up.

If there is an Alabama version of NTY I am unaware of it.
I have given repeated examples of things the cult has done.
I could go far into the past....paying Gene Jelks off to turn on Bama comes to mind. Now everything I have cited can be backed up by news stories or in Jelks case court testimony.
Let's see if you can come up with specific accusations about how Alabama has tried to bring down Auburn..things that can be backed up by sources as good as mine not just supposition.

I am saying he is equal to what he is chastising, and hate to say this but you are right up there, maybe not full blown but up there. you show some moderation and myopia at times. however you reign it in many others. you an enigma

I can give you an example since you are busy tap dancing around the facts.
Think 1956. If I recall correctly we turned you in.
