Nothing stupid was said. If Ha-Ha says he paid it back and has the bank statement showing the exact amount in question withdrawn, what more can he provide besides his word. He most likely didn't provide any receipt when he accepted the cash and probably didn't ask for one when he repaid it. NCAA will most likely take him at his word. If this is a larger institutional problem that the whole athletic department is in on, AD Bill Battle will hire Lightfoot, Franklin and White to come in like they did on the Manziel & Cam cases and force them to make a quick ruling so he's back in time for the Tennessee game.
