Depends on how many more aTm loses.
Part of the equation the last several years has been the won-loss record of the team, it seems.
Lose a couple more games, forget it.

Griffin had 3 loss and Manziel 2 last year, so its really not necessarily a best man best team award,
if you look at the past 3 years, Newton, Griffin, JFF, the common link is all three players were on teams that massively passed their expectations.
A&M will need to beat LSU and everyone else they have left in order to meet or exceed expectations. In all likelihood that would send A&M to at large BCS game instead of cotton bowl, and I don't believe the voters will hold it against him that he lost to Alabama, who would probably be unbeaten and headed to a NC.
The only thing heisman voters want to avoid is another reggie bush, I don't see Manziel getting in any more NCAA trouble, NCAA isnt going to look at him again unless he did something absolutely ridiculous.
There are a lot more Quarterbacks who have been impressive this year than last, Manziel is in great shape to repeat, but lot o football left, should be an exciting storyline.
great year for college football!![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)
