shite talking would be something like Dan Mullen saying "we're never losing to this team again" after the 2009 Egg Bowl.
Bo Wallace answering a question asked of him by the media isn't shite talking. Well, if he had grabbed the microphone and said "BAMA'S GONNA LOSE" then, yeah, that'd be shite talking.
