Why would he leave. It absolutely has nothing and I mean nothing to do with money. Why would he leave bama for TExas when Bama already has a better program than texas, You are correct sir he wouldn't . Why would he leave Bama for Texas , the answer my friend is blowing in the wind and it is so simple, Saban could and would become the only college coach to win 3 national Championships and doing that at 3 different schools and would probably do so at Texas within 2 years way before he even gets to mandatory retirement age of 65 when that was in effect.

I don't think so. He's probably intrigued by the challenge but I can't see him wanting to get beat up on for a few years to accomplish that.
Here's the reality of the situation. Saban wasn't happy at mich st and came to Lsu because he knew it was a sleeping giant. He was happy at Lsu but wanted to be a pro coach. When the dolphins called it was a chance to pursue his dream so he took it. Once there he didn't enjoy it. He regretted leaving lsu/college. The bama job came open and it was a soft landing spot so he took it. He's happy there and has been able to finish what he would have done at Lsu. He isn't going to make the same mistake he already did by leaving a great job. If he wanted to leave he would have taken the browns job last year. He's at bama until he retires.

You just don't get it. Obviously a the fanbase of a team that Saban coached nine years ago has an insight that Alabama fans just cannot match.
They KNOW Saban. They KNOW what makes him tick. Even though he's coached at Alabama longer and more recently, LSU fans just know the man.
We might as well accept it.
