Were any of this trio heard to say “I can’t breathe”, when being arrested?
That’s the new buzzword sentence that a lot of them utter when being arrested.
In the video, was that an Altima with a jacked up front bumper?

When I went to LSU, I used to go shoot pool at the Union between classes and I got to know another guy that did the same. His nickname was Sticks and he was from New Iberia. His last name is a top 10 in the Cajun name thread. Him and I met up to shoot pool for a couple of semesters.
Haven’t thought about him in a long time.
My name is on the list.
I finally made the top 20 in something.

Interesting way to try to set the OT downvote record.
I don’t usually post anything that is bannable, but can I get a preemptive reinstatement just in case?

Also some TD gear?

Is Vitter known as a judge who gives maximum sentences?
I remember when Bruno’s was in it’s original building, Buffalo’s was next door, and L’ecole’s (before TJ Quills)) was across the street.
Could the super speeder ticket sent to you because you are out of state?

Years ago I got clocked doing 85 in a 55 on I65 in Tennessee right before the Kentucky state line. County deputy took my license and writes out the ticket. I ask him if I could just pay it. He says yeah, but the county courthouse is closed for the day. He says you could go to the courthouse in the morning and pay it or show up in two weeks if you want to contest it. I asked how much the ticket was and he $100 (don’t remember the exact amount). He told him I wouldn’t be around in the morning or in two weeks. He pulls a piece of paper out of his ticket book and hands it to me. On it are printed a name with a PO Box address. He told me to mail a money order for $50 to the name and address, enclosing the ticket number with the money order and after the money order is received, they would mail me my license.

I did that and a few weeks later received my license in the mail. I guess Those county deputies were pulling this on all the out of state speeders.
I only know one criminal defense attorney, a frat brother of mine that is somewhat well known. I’m not close to him as I always thought he was a pompous arse. A couple of years ago at an alumni function I heard him say that if someone calls him and tells him that he was arrested for a felony crime, he tells them he cannot speak to them until they pay him a $10K retainer. He said he tells them he doesn’t want to hear or discuss a details until he gets the 10K.

I don’t know if he was just talking big or this is how all criminal attorneys are. I’ll never find out because first , I don’t plan on committing any felonies, and second, if I did, I wouldn’t call him.

How far were you into the car payment schedule before you paid it off?

36 month loan. Paid it off 4 months early.

Second of all--and I'm not making fun of you--but I'm curious if this is the first time you've been hit with this ridiculous credit outcome for doing the obviously right thing?

A couple of years ago someone opened a credit card account with my name and information. I was able to get it cancelled with no expense to me. One of the agents at the credit card company fraud department recommended that I freeze my credit file at all three credit bureaus and set up alerts for any activity on my credit file. So I get alerts every so often from them when my credit score changes. It’s always a couple of points increase or decrease. That’s how I learned of the the 35 point decrease after paying off my auto loan, I got an alert saying my score decreased.
