LSU's predicted decline was wishful thinking on our competitors part.

A&M's predicted decline is a fact.

no way your next qb is a johnny manziel. also, your HC will be the most attractive NFL HC material in the nation next year. most people THINK he's a great coach (and maybe he is I just haven't seen enough yet) and he's african american. right or wrong, african americans have an advantage in certain situations and NFL coaching is one of them. there is a rule that a team HAS TO interview an african american when they need a coach. i fully believe that coach sumlin would be worth a shot no matter what color he is. it would be very hard to turn down a 30 million dollar contract from any team but the raiders. lastly, he knows that fans are fickle and losing JFF will cause these fans to get reckless.

Top 6 of the SEC is in the National Championship hunt - so yes. It is something. I'd take fighting within a field goal every year for the MNC. You finally get some to fall.

The goal is to be a contender. The 3 in the West game is for the jr. high kids. Have fun with it.

The question is will A&M or LSU stop being a contender first. I think its A&M because JFF made us a contender ahead of schedule.

A&M is recruiting like never before. Let our defenders grow up. By 2014 we will have a Top sec D or we will be looking for another DC because the talent is coming in.

I see Sumlins offense to continue to hum.

LSU is LSU.

2nd in the west, like third in the west can be 1 play. You want to be a Contender.

My Guess is its 4-6 teams per year in the SEC.

If you are in that group you play ball.
