They don't play Miami on the reg, just FSU.
Then they pad their schedule with other in state BS schools. I've been harping on them to play a good out of state OOC game for damn near five years, yet THEY NEVER LEAVE FLORIDA.

Well then it's obviously a trend, and if they have been doing it for 20+ years its highly doubtful they will change anytime soon.

Miami is a 5 hr drive from Gainesville, same distance as Charleston, SC, father than Atlanta, and is practically Cuba.

Sorry we have a natural rival in our backyard. When you go down our schedule, we still play as many legit games as Bama, LSU, and UT. Deal with it.
