most big time programs put on a great show when they are at the top of their game. the difference is when they aren't.

We always put on a good show--even during the lean years.
In fact, many fans felt that our "overly positive" attitudes/demeanor contributed to Franchione being here as long as he was. They felt that had we shown our displeasure more publicly, the AD would've canned him sooner.
Texas A&M University has its faults; but putting on a memorable game day show isn't one of em.

We have not been at the top of our game for the vast majority of the last decade. Experience is always similar. Obviously it's better for larger games.
