This is bad. Sloppy. Agents with multiple players and these weren't even the best players. Big money that other players would have known about.
Realistically - Saban leaves, Bama gets probation, forfeits last years title. Season lost - they are marked as cheaters.
Tenn, MSU - they don't have but a couple prospects anyway - nobody will care. Bama bank rolling worst prospects. Saban's link to NCAA - will save them from Death Penalty.

Because an NFL agent gave money to one player already on campus, without anybody within the athletic department knowing? OP said "realistically."
