Everybody needs to quit comparing this to Bush. USC was hit so hard because they had coaches involved. It sucks that Davis would do the to his fellow Bama family. Of course if what was said on the radio is true, then Davis may have just scammed the Agents and they are doing this to get at him irregardless of the collateral damage.

Luther Davis warned to stay away from program

Former University of Alabama lineman D.J. Fluker has been interviewed by UA compliance officers and is cooperating with the school's investigation into allegations that he received improper benefits while playing for the Crimson Tide, The Tuscaloosa News has learned.

The Tuscaloosa News has also learned that Luther Davis, the former player cited in a Yahoo Sports report as the conduit for the money and benefits, has been informed that he is not welcome around the UA football facility and UA officials have warned him to stay away from players.

UA was already looking into the matter before the Yahoo Sports report was published Wednesday, and has worked with the Southeastern Conference in investigating the charges.

Fluker is named in the report along with former Tennessee quarterback Tyler Bray, current Tennessee defensive lineman Maurice Couch and former Mississippi State players Fletcher Cox and Chad Bumphis as being players who received benefits through Davis.

I wasn't comparing the two issues, I was just using it as an example of how you could punish players who have done this and hopefully make others think twice. Some poor reading comprehension on your part.
