Maybe that is the genesis of her whole involvement with State. She heard that they were going all in to win an Egg Bowl every season.

Not condoning this at all, but in today's society, that's going to happen, particularly when she's among a group of girls who are usually small. That was my point when I asked earlier why she wouldn't have gotten in shape before trying out.
Obviously, she's talented, she would be much better if she was at a size that she could perform the gymnastics & dance that college cheerleaders do, and she wouldn't be subjected to the ridicule. Not saying it's ok; just saying that's how it is.
