We should beat them by 2 touchdowns. Wash St. is better than Arky State. If Marshall is able to improve this week the offense should get rolling. I suspect our run d will be legit. We won't be looking ahead and the offense has something to prove.

There is no way that our offense was running near its potential with Marshall at QB. Clearly, Gus/Lashlee were keeping Marshall on a short lease (rightfully so for a rookie QB) and I'd imagine Marshall does not fully grasp the offense due to the lack of presnap motions as well as different read option looks.
On defense, our DTs playing in the B gaps all night long (drunken recall) caused us to get burned inside. When you have a free center or guard to block Jake Holland, no shite they are going to ru all over you. I bet that against ArkSt that won't be the case due to the style of O they run
Adjustments on defense were pretty clutch in the second half and I'd imagine Johnson will be able to make better adjustments this week.
I don't see Arkansas State's offense playing into our weaknesses as much as Wazzou's did. Their defense will not be able to stop our run game as it is pretty dominant and Nick Marshall should play better as seen int he second half
