Anybody else totally forget we had Bertolet kicking today?

I forgot to cringe on the first few scores and realized it was still him in the 2nd quarter.

PK and punting were outstanding today.

Kaser is a fricking stud. I've never seen a 77 yard punt that didn't get a nice roll afterwards.

Jeff Banks deserves a ton of credit. Both kickers looked good.

However, I wasn't impressed with our kick return game at all. Bad decision making back there as we took a few out that we had no business doing so. Malena's fumble should have never been brought out anyway and Quiv's was a horrendous decision (and Malena should have called him off). Need to clean that up.

Drew Kaser's kicks were definitely Shane Lechler-esque. Those kicks had a lot of hangtime.

As for Bertolet, I stopped crossing my fingers after he hit the 44 yard field goal in the 3rd quarter. He made every kick when called upon, just as he did in last year's opener against Florida.

Easily the most impressive part of our performance that day.
