There are literally millions of tattoos out there and McCarron might have the worst of all time. Pretty impressive.

He's from west LA actually... assuming LA means Lower Alabama.

I think that is Los Angeles but I might be wrong. I grew up in LA but was born in the state of LA and spent some time South of the city of LA. Fricking confusing.
