Whats the parking cost around War Memorial? Haven't been to a game there in years and am having to go there since trips to God's country are not an option right now. I am fat, out of shape, and don't care to do the baton death march to get to the stadium. I can get a Lot 10 pass for $30 for both games, but wanted to see if it was cheaper to park elsewhere.

eta: Don't worry i picked the seats where they would be the last ones to sale so none of you fine people would be bothered by sitting next to a fat guy.

We usually pack up an old couch in an old car and set up on the golf course. After we are done, we burn it all.

Buy the pass, you'll save $10 parking with a 1/4 mile walk or so.

Come on, Baton Rouge isn't that bad.

baton, bataan, its all the same. A long walk. I have noticed one thing over the years. That walk from Baum to the stadium is becoming a much longer venture. When i was mid 20's I could huff it without breaking a sweat. Now i stop at the gas station halfway there and sit down for a bottle of water and a hit off of an old persons oxygen tank.

Went back on the diet this week though with the goal of losing 40lbs on top of the 40 I lost last year to at least get me back into some kind of shape.

Spend the $30

Sell your tickets

Find someone to tailgate with on the golf course with a TV

Stay out of tDump

This will result in a better game day experience.

If 'tDump' bothers you so much, I would suggest watching at home on FSN.

I will shuttle people to the game, provided that I am given signed statements declaring that tRock is superior to Fayetteville and War Memorial is a stadium fit for the gods.
