Ah, up-downs.
One of my assistant coaches (Burney Veazey, backup quarterback for Peyton Manning and Tee Martin at UT) used me make me do these til I puked for being late to practice after detention. I learned my lesson after sophomore year. Brutal shite.

We used to flip huge truck tires around the perimeter of the practice field.
