Is there a real date when supposed investigation started? I've heard June and February. If its been going on since the winter we should know soon I would think.

I've heard several dates bandied about, none more recent than 3-4 months ago, though.

FWIW, Liucci is saying that him being in practice tomorrow and therefor still eligible as far as A&M and Sumlin are concerned will say a lot.

I've been wondering if he would be smart enough to have this guy/autograph dealer pay "Uncle Nate" instead of him since Nate was apparently there with him. As far as I can tell that wouldn't violate any rule.

Hamm already said he's practicing tomorrow whatever that means. But yeah, if they feel comfortable enough to keep letting him practice I think that's big,

Not really, IMO.
A&M and Sumlin have to keep going along as business as usual until something official comes down from the NCAA.
To do otherwise is almost a de facto admission of guilt.

The only thing you can really read into that imo depends on when A&M found out. Based on what we know right now, I can't imagine him not practicing. So far it's nothing more than some guy that didn't really see anything damning, just suggesting it may have happened. Well, I'm no lawyer, but ffs, that isn't much of a case.
