Athens/Lexington/CoMo & Tusc. are similar, nothing about columbia SC even remotely resembles Athens Ga...

Can't argue with that.
The most likely comparison would be:
Columbia, SC along with Knoxville, TN, Tuscaloosa and probably Gainesville, FL.
