We see Ross around and he does a good job running the board. I just think, especialy with the school year coming up, we should look into adding an additional 2 mods like most other boards to be like a checks and balance system

When the year starts up, people start emerging from the wilderness to join the board, trolls start applying for the board under alters, recruiting picks up, discussion about a new coaching staffs peformance
This will be a whole another animal come the fall. I'd imagine it was hard to keep up with during the coaching search.

I'd love to help too, I "work" 12 hour shifts, I'm always on here. I may not always post but I'm always lurking.
