It had nothing to do with the local DA. The local DA was never going to charge him. But when you get the President and the Attorney General of the United States making references to the case and going over the local DA's head, there's not much anyone can do. This one was prosecuted due to Obama and Holder.

It had nothing to do with the local DA. The local DA was never going to charge him. But when you get the President and the Attorney General of the United States making references to the case and going over the local DA's head, there's not much anyone can do. ^This^, but hey let's pile on the prosecuting team, and talk about what imbeciles they are versus the defense team. Both sides are required to win by the nature and description of their jobs. One side had all the ammo. Do any on here think the locals wanted this circus? I dont think any LE 's in the Sanford area woke up february 27, 2012 thinking "lets arrest GZ and ruin our community for a while." They were just doing what the chain of command starting at the White House demanded. And the POTUS' personal injection into this event is what caused this travesty.
