No, it's because when we needed him to run for 4 yards, would slide after gaining 2 and Tebow would have to come in to pick up the first down. I do agree that he was underappreciated.

We won't miss him, this doesn't affect Driskel in any way. Hope he has a great year.

I think we will. Jacoby was a better passer than Jeff IMO.
I'm still not sold on Driskel as a pocket passer.

I don't know that Jacoby is a better pure passer than Driskel, but he does have much better pocket presence. Driskel just has never looked comfortable in the pocket. Hopefully that's something he can learn with experience.

Would you be comfortable with Xavier Nixon blocking on your blind side? Especially against SEC pass rushers like Clowney and Jones.
