That's not what I said. I didn't say he was naïve I said he was more naïve than willful. Every school used Lyles the same way and Chip got caught swimming in the deep end when he should've been in the shallow end after being an FCS coordinator just two years prior.

I mean...Bruce Pearl got fired for lying about a barbecue and got a 3 year show cause.

The NCAA is inconsistent; I think that's what bothers so many.

This is still being naive on your part. The man knew what he was doing. the only thing you can tag as naive on Kelly's part, is the fact he thought he could pay with a school check.
