Oddly enough.... not during our current football title run.
1996
Football Champions: Florida
Basketball Champions: Kentucky
Baseball Champions: LSU
W Bball Champions: Tennessee
Gymnastics Champions: Alabama
W Indoor Track Champion: LSU
W Outdoor Track Champion: LSU
M Outdoor Track Champion: Arkansas
W Tennis Champion: Florida
SEC
The lower titles are nice but 1996 saw the SEC sweep the Big 3, as well as Women's Basketball, Gymnastics and some track and tennis. At the time Women's Softball and Soccer were both in their infancy (but the Gator Soccer team would win a Natty title in 1998 led by Abby Wambach, Softball would have to wait till 2012)
Other great years have been 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009.... well, pretty much every year during the great football streak has been great and the SEC hasn't really gone under 5 titles a year for a while. In fact 6 or 7 is the norm right now. 1998, a mere 2 years after 96 was pretty good too, but we haven't swept the Big 3 in a while.
It should be noted that for a few months in 2012, the SEC was the defending Champion of Football, Basketball AND Baseball but South Carolina was swept by Arizona in CWS.

It is kind of strange to pick a calendar year because they are in different academic years.

Well i cant speak for the smaller sports, but LSU won baseball in 97 too.

Women's basketball should be bold and men's baseball should not.

1980. Georgia won the football national title. That alone makes it the best year ever for the conference.

Good catch.
Don't forget about the SEC winning the BCS and Final Four in 07.

Kentucky's good in baseball, but women's basketball has TV coverage and is significantly more popular than baseball. That's all I was saying.
