Personally I think his decision to go pro is a perfect reflection of the way he played. He thought his game was something it's not. He could be as good as anyone in the nation if he played within himself but he thought he could do it all on the court and that cost us games. That same belief that he could do it all and that his game was better than it really was led him to enter a draft in which he didn't get picked.

I do wish him the best of luck in Europe. For the sake of the University, I wish he would have gotten drafted. As much as I got frustrated at times last year, I would have loved to have seen him mature his senior season, play within himself and expand his skill sets and actually get drafted.

It is frustrating to watch. He was always one of my favorite tigers and had an amazing ability on the court. Unfortunately he def struggled to stay within himself and crushed his draft stock. I actually remember joking half way through the year after some of those bad games that at least now he cant leave early. Too bad he and his dad never realized it. Best of luck to him, coulda had a much better college career than he did. Had such high expectations after his sophomore year.

I have to agree - I had very high expectations after his sophomore year, and was disappointed and frustrated watching him this past season.

I was hoping Bowers would get a shot, sad that he didn't get drafted. He's one of my favorite Tigers.

Couldn't agree more about Bowers. He'll have a long career somewhere, whether it's overseas or somewhere here. I was hoping that him showing the ability to shoot outside would get him drafted. Lord knows he worked his arse off on it.

Exactly. He worked so hard, I was hoping he'd get a shot. Hopefully he does somewhere.

I had to abandon that thread on the OTB. Stupid just can't be fixed.

Pressey's perception of himself is astronomically better than reality

The story in the PD. I'm not surprised Phil went un-drafted, he was too out of control last year.

So if you are Phil, was it the right decision or wrong decision? Better off going undrafted and signing or better off returning one more year and getting drafted late 1st/early 2nd?

Charity signing. If his last name is something else it doesn't happen.

I for one find it hilarious that he didn't get drafted. He deserves that humiliation.

Overall he's got to feel like he made a mistake. Drafted players have a hard time hanging around, can't imagine it will be easy for an undrafted egotistical kid who can't shoot.

I can't believe how much joy I'm getting out of knowing this little showboater didn't get drafted.

Put Kim English's character in Phil's body and you have a player.

I will say I think Boston is a good place for pressey to be. They might trade rondo and then it's an open race to see who will play for them

Yeah, don't really follow nba, but read the story on it...

Does seem like he's in the right spot to make something happen.

This was his best shot at getting drafted. This draft class is weak and next years is LOADED.
