James Franklin just spoke at the Gallatin Chamber MTG in Middle TN and sold 180 tickets a third of which were Vol Fans.

Butch Jones goes anywhere in Middle TN and will sell whatever attendance the building can hold.

That's the difference between us and all 3 of you

No tradition, 500 million dollars behind in Facilities then the top players in the SEC, and Your school being located in a zip code where 90% of the fans cheer for your rival have got to make for great selling points in getting kids to come play for you

The fact you had to live vicariously through UTs real rival to even make this thread shows the relevance of Vanderbilt in TN

Maybe your so called 500 million advantage explains why the big orange is going broke. Too bad your school doesn't have a 3.5 billion dollar endowment nest egg to set on. By the way, there were an estimated 52k Vandy fans at our bowl game this year. That is a tad more than 3 fans. And Vandy stadium expansion is in the works. We have to make room for all the new, young and educated Nashville residents who have never heard of Rocky Top and would run away from it if they knew what it was.
