tl;dr comments. my reply is to the OP:

Nkemdiche - understandable due to brother
Connor - understandable due to south panola, his decision will however cost him a lot of money
Treadwell - tweeted picture of 100's of dollars on OM visit
Tunsil - had not even mentioned OM, visited and completely eliminated Bama/UGA (long standing front runners)
Golson - like Tunsil, had no interest in OM, visited and nearly cummed in his pants

This was a 6-6 school. 5*'s dont line up like that for mediocrity like Ole Miss without there being something extra driving it. You landed FIVE 5* players and two very high 4*'s.

Now, lets take a look at Kentucky. They have 2 pretty good 4* guys in Denzel Ware and Drew Barker. They have no 5*'s and likely wont land any unless Matt Elam gets a huge bump and most expect him to end up there. UK does have a new coaching staff so they are able to recruit based off the POSSIBILITY of them now being a good team (see: auburn & tennessee).

FWIW that was after he had gone home

You're right about this. Wrong in your implications though.

Didn't Freeze do the exact same thing? Wasn't like he was selling recruits that we CURRENTLY are a good team.

I think it was the 4 sec wins in three years that got all those recruits
