See the post above by elposter. Makes every single schedule complaint irrelevant.

I was going to respond to someone who said this has been going on a decade+. So I guess the second rival was a killer as well? I guess the LSU fans were using AU's schedule as an example of the travesty?

Truth of the matter is the issue at hand is only the bridge schedule, which has only actualy happened one year, with the other year yet to be played, and yet to be determined as far as true strength.

At most the gripe is 10 years old, but in reality, 1 fricking year. They seem to gloss over the fact that before last year they played UK, UT, and Vandy. But use last year to say that equals every year.

So 1 year in terms of a schedule that once took 10 years and now 12 years to complete in its entirety.

Simple solution to the problem. Win your fricking games and stop whining about the program who stole your thunder

Except USMC Gator. We all know it's his favorite game of the year after UGA/UF!!!11

Actually, I think he enjoys the Iron Bowl and TSIO MORE than UGA/UF.

They also gloss over the fact that the last time there was a bridge schedule, the same guy in the SEC office forced UA to play consecutive games in Baton Rouge.

Stuff happens.

TRUTH. That said I am for adding two more team's from the west and sending Bama and Auburn east or some combination that sends Missou to the west, but they need to add a greAt football program to keep parity in the west division with the two historically best programs from the west going to the east. We match up well with Florida and LSU fans still have nightmares of playing Florida from the 90's. Florida has not been the same since Tebow left. They just rotated off of Bama's schedule and should not have beaten LSU last yr. LSU Meade the bed last year and the fans are turning good FLa team into a great FLa. Team which just is not the case as of right now.
