OK, if someone has to change, lets set aside the unique ones first.
- LSU's Purple/gold is unique.
- Kentucky is the only one that uses just blue/white
- Tennessee is the only one with just orange & white
- Ole Miss is blue and red
Which ones are the same/close?
- Alabama, MSU, A&M, and Arky are all some sort of red and white
- Auburn and Florida are both blue and orange
- Georgia and USC are some sort of red and black
- Mizzou and Vandy are gold and black
To get a set of truly unique color scheme/combo, 6 of the 14 teams have to change. Here is my completely biased choices for who gets to keep their colors.
1) Alabama - completely homeristic choice, plus original SEC member and historically most successful SEC football program.
2) Auburn - Has historically more success than Florida and more recent BCS Championship.
3) Vandy - only because they have been in SEC longer than Mizzou
4) Georgia - longer in SEC.
New colors for the rest.
MSU - Brown and green. (I'm imagining a pasture)
A&M - Purple and white. (all male cheerleaders)
Florida - yellow and green (sunshine and golf courses)
Arkansas - pink and white (pigs y'all)
Mizzou - black and white (kind of like forgotten old reruns of I love Lucy)
USC - Red and yellow - just to make it even more confusing between them and Southern Cal.

Plus Bama's nickname has a shade of red in it. It wouldn't sound right if we were green, but called the Crimson Tide.
Also, LSU should wear their Purple jerseys more often. I think they look better than their white ones.
On a side note, more away teams should wear their "colored" jerseys. The rules have now been changed to allow this to happen.
