Thanks to those who supported my access.
Looking forward to seeing how Coach Sumlin builds A&M and how it relates to competing in SEC west.
A copy/paste of my access OP
Though I go overboard on levity sometimes on the SECr general board I'll be on the straight and narrow here.
Again, thanks.

quote:
01. I think I'm even-handed (check my post history)
02. I believe LSU/A&M will become a heated rivalry and would like to 'see' it from the other side (especially since Coach Sumlin said he intends to recruit Louisiana heavily).
03. I realized before 2012 season that Coach Sumlin knew what it took (and that Coach Pinkell did not).
04. I have a lot of repect for A&M's conservative culture and military tradition.
05. I'll even give Roger Klarvin an 'up' vote...just once though.

Welcome. Looking forward to rebuilding our rivalry. We should have some epic games now that we are back to playing every year.
ETA:
Don't we all. There is nothing like some good message board banter.

My old friend, welcome.

If you were LSU's version of Fawx, we wouldn't let you near our board.

I scanned your message history to nail you to a cross here. But you seem to be cool. I don't know how you avoid flaming when posting on the rant
They'd never let me on the LSU board for all the things I've said
Welcome, aboard. Let us know when we get too homerific

I don't know what you mean by this, but I assume it is a compliment of some sort.

Like all Aggies, I'm assuming a win.

If Big Kat says that you're good people, then you're good people. Welcome to our board.

"...and we’re in Louisiana recruiting.”...it's going to be a bumpy ride.

Some of the best Aggie players of all time were from Louisiana. Off the top of my head John David Crow, Bucky Richardson, and Billy Cannon Jr. Pat Lewis and Jonathan Stewart just graduated and likely starters Deshazer Everett, Otis Jacobs, Floyd Raven, and Julien Obioha are all from LA (over 1/3 of the D).
Those guys were recruited while A&M was down and LSU was the best program in the nation. None of them could have gone to LSU likely except incoming freshman Noel Ellis.
shite, I've lost my train of thought. Before I get to Aggresor, the point is we'll land a top LA recruit soon that LSU wants.
I need a beer for the drive home

Brush up on your history. Several had offers from LSU but either it was at a different position or we outbid them.

I meant the recent recruits under Sherman and Sumlin. Pat Lewis, Lamothe, Stewart, Deshazer, Alonzo Williams, Ivan Robinson, Darion Claiborne, Shaawn Washington
None had LSU offers.
Of course when LSU was down and we were up we landed coveted LA recruits like Bucky.
No brushing up needed. I follow our Louisiana recruiting very closely.

Likely starters? Razor and Obioha started almost every game last year and the Raven already has the starting job.
You're also forgetting Stansbury at SDE (Obioha moving to weakside right now)

I guess I wasn't following your train of thought very well.
