Hearing some grumbling about new Kyle suites from multiple BMAs

it sounds like there are going to be a ton of pissed off old time donors.
the suites are going to be fairly narrow shotgun style. It will be impossible for everyone to watch the game from the glass if they are inside like you can now b/c there simply wont be room.
the majority of the seats are going to be outside with less than half in the air conditioned protected area.
they already sold one of the suits on the 50 before they even told the current suite holders what was going on.
Also, another 50 yard line box has been given to HKS. Its built into the contract.
Not like it will matter to most They are charging $15 million for one of those.
None of the design concepts are final so everything they have shown us can be completely changed so nobody knows what they are actually buying.
Even if you put your money down for a suite you aren't guaranteed a specific suite b/c they are going to reassess your points. This means a person can swoop in the last second with a huge donation and jump many spots over you.
The club area that is getting built in theory sounds like the 200 Club at Texas or the Mustang Club at SMU but in reality if you are in the club you cannot see the game. There will be a wall completely blocking the view of the game. So you will pay for seats with club access but unless you are actually in your seats its pretty much nothing more than a glorified bar like at Jerry World.
tickets prices are tripling at a minimum.

I'm hearing this from different sets of suite owners who were given this info from their "handlers" assigned by the school.

There's bound to be some grumbling when people are being asked to put that kind of money down based on concept art. I feel like anyone willing to spend that kind of money on a college sports event basically deserves whatever they end up with.
