You really need to get off this RPI kick.

Good lord. Kentucky has a decent RPI but has been horrible in conference play outside of a series win over State. Florida has a solid RPI but is only 2 games above .500 overall. Auburn is horrendous but has a top 50 RPI.

Your point? The point isn't solely on RPI, but a team with 40 wins and a top 10 RPI is rarely ignored for a host.
