I'm gonna go with the ending of this play as most controversial.
What's yalls opinion on this topic?

I kept waiting for the gif to load.
This is where he gets hit late, right?

Either, as long as it includes an SEC team.

Runner wasn't tackled at the time of the hit.

I'd say biggest is that touchdown to Yeldon? that put Bama up over LSU.

it was definitely a cheap shot but clean

That was pretty big. I could see if some said Manziel's scramble and TD pass to Swope against Bama was also. That pretty much clinched the Heisman for him.

Maybe I'm just being Ole Miss biased but I thought Trae Elston's hit against UTEP that he got suspended for was pretty controversial. Slive gonna Slive

dirty play but idk, there's gotta be a more controversial one than this? i felt like, at least on this board, that other fan bases were angrier than we were. granted i took more of a "par for the course" mentality when considering it

Forgot about that one. Good mention.

That was a big play personally for Manziel and aTm but they weren't gonna win the West. Bama and LSU were playing for the SEC so I think that's why that game was a lot bigger.

FSU fans are still crying about this "dirty" hit that changed the game.

The refs measuring the first down in the Michigan/South Carolina bowl game.
I still can't believe it was ruled a first down. I would love an explanation for it. Thankfully, it didn't cost South Carolina the game.

What? He didn't hit the player in the head yet was suspended a game for hitting him in the head? This a week after Bama's player decapitated a Mich(?) player and got away with it. Seems pretty controversial

I was watching that live and could not believe what was happening. Then 30 seconds later I once again could not believe what had just happened

How the hell was Manuel a 1st rd pick
he'll get rocked a lot harder than that by Von or Clay in the league
And the Bills liked the way he threw in bad weather
