SEC's greatest DLinemen - a fairly recent phenomenon?

So I was listening to Unite last night and they were talking about how the SEC is so good recently because of the DLinement in the league and it got me to thinking ... the SEC has actually been very good along the DLine for awhile, as long as I can remember.
I'm talking really dominant players here, All-American types.
Off the top of my head:

Those are just the ones I remember. I know I've forgotten more than I remember but the SEC has dominated along the DLine for far more than just recently. Although, the more I think about it, the more maybe they had a point ... it's been since SEC expansion that the SEC has really produced an inordinate amount of defensive lineman as compared to the rest of the country I suppose. Or, is that not correct?
I'm talking really dominant players here, All-American types.

Fletcher cox wreacked havoc in backfields and was the #12 pick in the draft last year

Peria Jerry was pretty good in college. Drafted in the first round #24 overall. Hasn't really panned out in the pros though

Uhh Tracy Rocker and Nick Fairley both won Lombardi Awards and were All-Americans

I admit to missing some, and not being able to remember all of them. I also omitted one or two, like Eric Norwood and Melvin Ingram, both All-Americans and in Ingram's case a Consensus All-American ... because I didn't want to come-off as a homer. Ingram I could list like I did Leonard Little as a hybrid DE/LB. Same for Norwood.
But the ones I listed were the ones that I remembered off the top of my head as just standing-out and being totally dominant.
I admit to not listing Nick Fairly because I did not like him - but it was hypocritical of me not to do so because I did list Albert Haynesworth and he is one of the most despised people of all-time here in SC. So yes, Fairly should have been listed.

But Reggie might be the most dominant of all time. I hated it when he died so young. Christmas of '04, he was up around Charlotte somewhere if I remember correctly. Died of sleep apnea.
Boy oh boy would he be controversial today though. Just imagine.
