Years ago someone trolled either Dandy Don or Buddy Songy or who knows who about this amazing kid in Louisiana named Ratphuc Hobley. Got the guy to believe them and they posted or said something about it at some point later that they were looking into this kid or he was really good or something.
A legend was born.
The story changes over time. I've heard multiple versions. It is like Bigfoot or something.
