In Louisiana, I think the distinction is from 16 to 17, not 17 to 18. Not 100% sure.

Hill is on probation for carnal knowledge of a juvi..aka a white girl gave him a BJ at school and her parents caught wind of it and pressed charges. Definitely not rape just very unlucky
