I have one of the old school type alarm clocks with the bells on top and the little hammer thats loud as shite, and I keep it on a dresser thats far enough away from the bed that I have to get my lazy arse up and walk to turn it off.

I know what you mean ... I don't know if the Grizz will be able to compete come playoffs time. I hope so but who knows. We are taking on the Rockets tonight and I had originally planned to fly to Houston this weekend to stay with friends and go to the game but instead they are coming up next weekend so I get to stay and watch the Grove Bowl FTW.

I had this when I was in school and that's the same reason why I had it as well. I loved/hated it but it worked great ... well until one morning it went off and I was extremely hung over as shite so I smashed the thing into pieces and went back to bed.
I went to the more tame alarm clock after that incident.

I'm worried about our offensive ability in the playoffs and how long our heavy defense and grind out games mentality will keep us going in the playoffs.

Well we set a franchise record for wins and are the number 1 defensive team in the league. Nobody wants to play the Grizz except for the Heat and GD Nuggets ask TBird

Here's a nice little recap on the West.

I'm just happy that the Grizz are going to the playoffs 3 years in a row.

The potential for neither Oklahoma City or San Antonio - the current Western Conference leaders - making the NBA Finals is real.

The Memphis Grizzlies boast the most physical front line in the NBA, great on-ball defenders, and will take their toll on any opponent, even one that advances over them.

Is this a joke? Surely you can't be serious because the Thunder don't want to see the grizzlies in a seven game series.
