i've heard it's 95% complete. bar and a few others things still being worked on.

It is being played there, and no, the stadium is not complete. The playing surfaces are ready to go, but the structure and some other stuff are still being worked on, even today.
I had planned on going tonight, but it looks like I'm gonna do Friday instead.
