Yup. It's soggy fried chicken. Service is always awesome, but the chicken isn't any better than Hardee's chicken strips

Never, honestly. On the handful of times it's been busy as shite with cars wrapped around the building, they'll have an employee outside about halfway down the line manually taking orders.
It's incredible, and I have no idea why more fast food joints don't copy their business model. I don't really know what that model is, other than hiring a certain type of employee, but it just seems like they're always on top of things and looking out for the customer.

Yes. The one on campus here (the Cassanova McKinzy one) can't make a milkshake correctly.

I crave it almost exclusively on Sundays and no other day. I think it's psychological.
