What they frick kind of bullshite is this?
The night before the current ASB council was set to take over, the former president and ASB council met and voted on this to rule it unconstitutional. There's NO way this isn't found null and void since there are so many things wrong with the ruling. The only question is if our current president and ASB members have the nuts to step up and do something about this.

This sounds like the mascot issue to me. I don't really care about the issues but the way it was handled is annoying and arrogant

I wouldn't care at all if there was no homecoming "king" at all. Just let the homecoming queen choose her escort or whatever. The constitution doesn't have anything to do with any of this.

OK well while the ASB judiciary committee is arbitrarily handing down "Supreme Court rulings" why don't they declare the mascot election from 3 years ago unconstitutional. I mean the overwhelming favorite for mascot was not allowed to participate in the election while the electorate was forced to choose among pre-selected candidates. In America, we call that COMMUNISM. Bring back The Colonel for America ya'll. (Or at least make him "The people's choice mascot") 
It just pisses me off how the administration pushes its agenda through the students so they can save face when the pissed off alumni start asking questions. Sorry for the rant.
