Jackson has Trustmark Park
New Orleans has Zephyr Field

Nashville has the sounds (brewers farm system), but I don't think the field is very nice.

Metairie has Zephyr, and I don't even want to think about the traffic situation that would come from hosting the SEC tourney there.

It's actually in Pearl, and it is way too small to host. It is a very nice park though.
