I dont care how much he kicks and screams, I still think he wasnt deserving of first team. Tournament MVP, yes. Agree?

I can understand him not being on the AP list. But the coaches selected 8 players, he is definitely a top 8 player.

do you think its his inconsistent play (plays each half of a game waaaay differently), that hindered him or what?

He's by far the best scorer in the league and a damn good defender. He turns the ball over a lot by being a ball hog though. He would have been player of the year easily if he wasn't a Jimmie rustla

His play in the tournament was by far his best ball. He gave effort on defense and didn't always settle for a 25 foot off balance jumper with a hand in his face. And consequently he shot for a higher percentage. Easily player of the tournament.
His chuck and duck routine in more than a few games during the regular season combined with his antics made him a sure-fire non-1st teamer. Throwing the F bomb at the crowd isnt going to win any friends. More importantly, it won't earn him any respect and demonstrates a lack of maturity. I realize he doesn't think it's important. But he is not a smart man.

As far as being a better shooter and learing to play without the basketball,yes i agree he has gotten better.But for a guy thats supposed to be a leader on your team he sure dont act like one.
If he would tone his tude down and just let his game do the talking everything would be ok.

He's progressed basketball-wise. Dropping the F-bomb on fans at the SECT isn't progress on the other front.

By FAR? I think there was only like 1 ppg separating him and KCP, but henderson actually has some help and a true big man in the post to take some pressure off him. With UGA it was basically KCP and 4 nobodies.

I disagree. Part of what makes him a special player is his "tude." It's contagious and really pumps our team up.
