Ramsey. You can actually see Saban take advantage of some teaching moments in practices and whatnot.

Ramsey is just an asshat that likes to yell at people.

He just does that shite for Fox. If you ever see his British shows he comes off as a pretty nice guy.

Saban has authority and reputation, along with winning, to back him up. The other dude fricking cooks for a living. Hes not a big deal.
