I'm pretty sure private groups can reserve it for events/parties/etc. <see TAMU Mountain Sports Club>, and I know there are various times throughout the year when it's open to the public for a few weeks; but since it's primarily used for ski classes @ TAMU, I think the schedule is pretty rigid, in terms of when Joe Public can wander up for some sleddin'.

I could be wrong. I'm not a Mt. Aggie regular by any means.
