Landry definitely has star potential. No idea what happened to OBJr last season, he had a severe case of the dropsies. Needs to get that ship righted because he is a weapon.

I am praying Quantavius Leslie makes it in, he will be a terror on SEC teams from the outside.

Not as many household names as usual. Also, JL > OBJ, IMO.

Crazy thing about evans is that he played most of the season injured and wouldn't even practice until thursday most weeks. Excited to see how he plays healthy

OBJ needs help, he can't be called on as a number 1 like last season.

I agree with Amari Cooper being #1 WR in the SEC heading into spring practices. He is the definition of a game changer. On the long TD pass in the SEC championship game that put Bama ahead for good in the 4th qt., Cooper just had another gear that CB Damian Swann just couldn't get to.

Besides Landry and Beckham LSU will send a lot of new blood on the field at WR.

Kavarha Holmes was a RS last year becuase he tore an ACL in fall practice. He is a track class sprinter with good height. Look for him on deep routes.

Jeryl Brazil is a burner who broke Trindon Holliday's track records in LA. He talks about playing corner however.

Quantavious Leslie is signed but still working on qualifying. JUCO player with great height (6'5")and speed.

LSU still looking for someone to replace Rueben Randle on the deep balls.

I'll agree with that. Cooper is the only WR in the conference who I would say is better than Donte.

No disrespect to Evans though, he is a boss.

Looks like our opener with Vandy with be a showdown between 2 of the top 3 WRs in the league.

Cannot get here fast enough.

Switched to DB.. you're thinking of Travin Dural, who was his HS teammate. Apparently, he hasn't recovered well, though. I read something indicating that he will miss spring practice.

Is at CB since last season. Travin Dural is the guy who tore his ACL and is expected to be a huge splash this year.

Brazil MIGHT start out at CB but they keep saying he eneds the ball on offense, ultimately, I think he's our next Trindon Holliday type of player, only he can line up at WR some.

Precautionary thing, it's nothing to be worried about. No reason to run him ragged unless he's 100%. He'll probably be in no contact jersey all spring.

No doubt. After watching Moncrief go wild on State in the Egg Bowl, I became a believer. He is the real deal as well. I was just glad he waited until after the game in Athens to show his real potential.

I would think so. ACL tears are nothing to play with. I always hate to see it happen to players, because they can potentially end careers.

I can see Evans improving a lot this year. This is only what, his 2nd year playing football in his life? He is so athletic and physical. There is a lot of video of him mauling the DBs when he is blocking. He can improve his route running, but has pretty good hands.

I just looked at his stats again from last year, was he hurt against UGA? He did not have a catch in that game.

He definitely disappeared in Athens.

I guess yall's damn good secondary just had him bottled up. The UGA defense was too much for us that day in a number of areas.

He actually disappeared from a few games in the middle of the season. Broke it back open the last 3 games though
