You know the tide is turning on marijuana legalization when cops have to make disclaimers like this when they arrest people. How embarrassing and even they know it is.

It's not embarrassing for them, it's a pain in the arse. You know how much easier every cop's job got when the first person walked out of a gas station with a 40 in a brown paper bag?
